The completed consultation is $45. Medication, lab, and testing-facility charges are separate when they apply.
What if Swell cannot handle my concern online?
The clinical team will explain where you should be seen. Refund handling depends on when clinical work began and the circumstances of the visit.
Clinical integrity
Your visit is time with a clinician.
Paying for a consultation does not guarantee a prescription, a particular medication, an antibiotic, a refill, a lab order, or a requested diagnosis.
When online care is not enough
You may need an exam, imaging, a specialist, or emergency treatment.
If a screen cannot answer the medical question safely, the clinician will tell you what kind of in-person care to seek.
