Swell Medical can help with many of the concerns that come up in real everyday life. Urgent questions, medication refills, labs, wellness, weight loss, metabolic health, we can even do women's health, skin concerns, follow up, and lots of things, as long as we can safely do it through telemedicine. But it's important to remind you that not everything can be safely cared for online. So every consultation begins with an evaluation. Your clinician and team will decide what is medically appropriate for you. Of course, we never guarantee prescriptions, and sometimes the right answer is actually a test, a video visit, an in-person exam, urgent care, a specialist, or even the emergency room. And if you hear that from us, that's not us turning you away, that's us protecting you. I would rather Swell lose a visit than ask a patient to accept unnecessary risk. Convenience, of course, is important, but safety matters more. And you can expect us to be honest about both.
