About Swell

What is Swell Medical?

Swell is a 24/7 virtual clinic serving patients in all 50 states and DC. Care includes RapidResponse urgent care, MeltOff weight and metabolic care, medication refill review, and routine lab support.

Are RapidResponse and MeltOff separate clinics?

No. They are focused care programs inside Swell Medical. Swell is the clinical home, with one safety standard and one patient pathway.

What is Swell Meds?

Swell Meds is the dedicated pathway for HealthWarehouse patients continuing their care through Swell Medical. HealthWarehouse is the preferred pharmacy for that pathway, while a licensed Swell provider independently decides what care is medically appropriate.

What if SpringsMed sent me to Swell?

Choose SpringsMed on our partner page to open your secure consultation link. A clinician will review your request; payment does not guarantee a prescription.

Can Swell replace my primary care clinician?

No. Swell helps with focused needs and care gaps, but it does not replace the long-term continuity, preventive care, and physical examinations of primary care.

Visits & availability

Where is care available?

Swell serves patients across all 50 states and Washington, DC, subject to clinical fit and clinician availability.

Is Swell really available 24/7?

You can begin the intake process at any time. Response and visit timing can vary based on demand, your concern, the information needed, and clinician availability.

Do I need video?

Not always. Some concerns work well through secure chat. Others require video or in-person examination. A clinician may recommend a different format when it supports safer care.

What technology makes the decisions?

Licensed clinicians make clinical decisions. Technology may help organize intake, communication, and workflow, but it does not replace clinician judgment.
