About this website
Swell Medical provides general information about its virtual care services through this website. Using the public website does not by itself create a clinician-patient relationship. A clinical relationship begins only when the required intake and clinician review are completed through the secure patient pathway.
Not emergency care
Swell is not an emergency service. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for chest pain, severe trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, a severe allergic reaction, heavy bleeding, confusion, fainting, or rapidly worsening symptoms.
Clinical decisions
Care is based on the information available to a licensed clinician and the laws that apply where the patient is located. A clinician may recommend in-person or emergency care. A visit does not guarantee a diagnosis, prescription, lab order, medication, or specific result. Swell does not prescribe controlled substances through these pathways.
Accounts and accurate information
Patients are responsible for providing accurate, current information and protecting their login credentials. Do not use another person’s account or share access to your own account. MySWELL may present additional terms before an account or visit can continue.
Pricing and payment
Creating an account and completing the initial screening are free. The public consultation price shown by Swell is $45. Medication and lab costs are separate when they apply. Payment is handled through the secure destination presented for the applicable pathway. Hosted payment terms, refund rules, and the amount shown at checkout should be reviewed before submitting payment.
Third-party and partner services
The website links to MySWELL/Healee, Zoho Secure Pay, HealthWarehouse/Swell Meds, SpringsMed, and other services needed to complete a requested pathway. Those services are responsible for their own systems, availability, and terms. A link does not change the independent clinical judgment used by Swell clinicians.
Website content
Website content is general information and is not a substitute for personal medical advice. Swell may correct, update, or remove content as services and laws change. Swell names, logos, designs, and original site content may not be copied or used in a misleading way without permission.
Availability and acceptable use
We work to keep the website available, but interruptions can occur. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, or use the site unlawfully.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the website, care pathways, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top shows the latest published version.
