Effective September 16, 2026
What this policy covers
This policy covers the public website at swellcare.health. Clinical care happens through the secure MySWELL patient portal, powered by Healee. Information you enter in that portal is also governed by the notices and terms shown there. Payment pages and partner pathways are operated by their named providers and have their own privacy practices.
Information we may receive
We may receive information you choose to send by phone or email, basic website and device information used for security and performance, and information needed to respond to a request. Please do not send private medical details by ordinary email. Use MySWELL for care-related information.
Patient care, payments, and partner services
MySWELL/Healee handles patient registration, screening, secure messages, and video visits. Zoho Secure Pay handles the Swell chat and video payment pages and the SpringsMed checkout. The HealthWarehouse pathway is available through swellmeds.health. The public Swell website does not collect card numbers.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide and support care, answer questions, operate and secure the website, process a requested transaction through the appropriate provider, meet legal or regulatory obligations, and improve the reliability of Swell services.
When information may be shared
Information may be shared with clinicians and staff involved in care, vendors that support secure technology or payments, and others when required by law or needed to protect a patient or another person. Swell does not sell clinical information.
Cookies and technical data
The website, its host, and security or analytics tools may use cookies and similar technology to keep pages working, understand performance, and prevent abuse. Browser settings can limit cookies, although some functions may not work as expected.
Security and retention
Swell and its service providers use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information they handle. No internet service can promise perfect security. Information is kept only as long as needed for care, operations, legal requirements, or dispute resolution.
Your choices
You may ask a privacy question, request help with your account, or ask how to exercise a right available under applicable law. Clinical records may be subject to separate healthcare privacy rules and retention requirements.
